The background

Our Clients desired the greatest possible LTV in order to take advantage of favorable conditions in France. Additionally, they want the longest term possible to minimize their monthly expenses.

Our Approach

It took 84 days to get the mortgage offer, since we needed to wait for the Financial Guarantee of Completion  (document confirming that a bank is backing up the project of the developer so if he goes bankrupt, the development will be finished as per the plan).

The client waived their access to mortgage insurance since they already had several policies in the United Kingdom. Not all the banks accept this but when we can use an existing policy, that makes everything easier and faster. But we always advise to be insured, in France or where you reside.
