The background

Our clients are British and live in the UK. They had been working with a local broker and they had been turned down because their income was from the UK (one of the consequences of the Brexit). 

They contacted us desperately to see if we had a solution as time was running out.

Our Approach

We have 15 years of experience and have built a strong relationship with many banks. We know their processes very well and we managed to offer our clients a 85% LTV, repayment mortgage, with a fixed rate of 4.25% over 20 years in just 21 days (including the time to wait for the surveyor report on the property they are buying, which was organized by the bank itself).

We waited longer to open the French bank account which we can do online as well.
