The Background

Probably one of our youngest clients ever, this young Irish trader was looking to buy his first property. For his age, his income was excellent but he only had access to a small deposit.

Our Approach

We went for the highest Loan to Value available where the deposit is only 15%. 

Of course the rate is less exciting than for lower LTVs but it is still a good one considering it is fixed for 25 years.
