Who we are

French Private Finance (frenchprivatefinance.com) is a brand name and group website of Private Finance Group UK ltd an internatioanl mortgage brokerage based at: 45 Holmead Road,SW6 2JD . Private Finance Group UK Ltd is a credit intermediary with FCA authorisation number 741190.

What we do

We act as intermediary between international buyers of international property and a range of European Retail banks, specialist credit brokers and International Private banks. We provide a range of options from which you can select the option that is best for your purchase.

Our charges

References to “you” or “your” are references to any person accessing this web-site (“Site”). It is free to apply for a mortgage with us. You will have no charge unless we are successful. Private Finance Group UK Ltd aims at an overall remuneration structure from 1% to 2% of the mortgage amount on each application (excluding any payment received by the bank for the possible management of assets from the clients). This commission structure includes Broker Fees and Bank Commission. Therefore, in some cases, we do not charge a broker fee as the lender commission is already at 1% of the mortgage amount. In some cases, the total commission (broker fees + bank commission) may reach 2% of the mortgage amount as the work required with some banks to achieve a positive outcome is more complex or there is a risk that the bank claws back the commission paid in case of very early repayment of the mortgage by the client.
